We put the washed legs in a saucepan, pour cold water, put on a strong fire. When the water boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, salt to taste, put the unpeeled washed onion and close the lid.
After 30 minutes, catch the onion, put the carrot, diced. After 5 minutes, add the peeled and chopped potatoes, try on the salt. Cook for another 10-15 minutes. Then add the vermicelli, cook for 15 minutes. After we put the spices (a pinch of tarragon, allspice and white peppers, a little black). After 5 minutes, turn off. Let the soup brew for 10 minutes. In a bowl with soup, you can put half a boiled egg and finely chopped greens.
