Healthy For You – Relaxing With Prayer

Life can change at any moment in our life. Right when you think everything is going great something happens and changes everything. Your plans get canceled or they change. Either for the good or for the bad. That is a lesson that we all go through in life. There are lessons to be learned. Sometimes we learn from them and sometimes we don’t. Sometimes we go through life’s lesson over and over until we get it. Life goes around in a circle and keeps going around until we stop it by learning the lesson. Don’t let life get you down and get you stuck. Learn the lesson, pick up the pieces and move on. It can be healthy for you when you relax with prayers.

MY SPIRITUAL JOURNEY – LIFE CHANGES

My spiritual journey started at a young age. It has led to many life changes. Some changes were for the good and were a blessing. Some changes were not so good and I had to learn the lesson. My spiritual walk with Jesus is full of life’s lessons. As I am going through life I am learning how to appreciate the world around me, my family, friends and the people I come in contact with. I am also learning how to love and respect everyone.

In my experience I have learned that we need to make small changes that can lead up to bigger changes. Taking little steps every day helps making the change easier.

Sometimes we may believe that the change is not necessary at the time until someone points it out to us.

I read my bible everyday now for many years. There are times I stray away but I get back on track. A few years ago I started my spiritual journey by praying daily. I have had some tragic personal issues happen and that’s when I started relaxing myself so I could meditate and pray more often. I asked for things to change in my life.

Devastating Times Ahead

It all started when I lost my job and my husband business slowed down. Money was getting tight. At the same time we were in the process of losing our place to live due to family health reasons. We were having a hard time to find another place to live around where we were living.

We didn’t box, boxeswant the kids to change school, but it didn’t work out that way. Our income decreased due to me losing my job and our credit was poor. So my kids and I were encouraged to move in with family that lived far away from my husband and our friends.

My husband stayed behind living in a hotel because he didn’t want to close his business right away. He wanted to give it some more time to pick up. He didn’t want all of us to live in a hotel. He wasn’t sure for how long so we both decided it would be a temporary move for us and we would be together soon. We moved to San Bernardino county with his family. We were very sad to be moving in with family. We had to do this until we could be together again.

TEMPORARY MOVE – FAMILY’S HOUSE

journey-trip-travel-destinyOur life journey led us to San Bernardino to live with my husband’s family. This was a temporary move for us until we got back on our feet again. This was around December 2015. We arrived at our family’s house. We were welcomed with opened arms. They said don’t worry about anything we will help you out. They also said that we will be okay and everything will work out for the better. My husband assured me that we will be together soon and he would come and visit often.

Well I thought to myself we need to get settled in and unpack our suite cases. They let me and my daughters share one of their daughter’s room. My son shared with his cousin which was around the same age. They also said that one of my daughters could share with the other cousin and she was around the same age too

redroom, room, bedSo it worked out and it gave us the space that we needed to live comfortable. We were grateful to have a safe and comfortable place to live until things got better. This temporary move to our family’s house was not easy for us but made us realize that we need to appreciate the things we have in our lives because at any moment we could lose it.

PLAN OF ACTION – TO ENROLL KIDS IN SCHOOL

I made a plan of action to enroll the kids in school. First on my agenda was enrolling my two high school students. One was a junior and the other a senior. They were so lucky that they didn’t have to start school until after plan of action-things to do-list of things to dothe holidays because of the way their credit system worked. It was different from the school that they went to before. Their semester only had two weeks left anyways. So the counselor said they could start in January.

Second on my list was getting my son enrolled in middle school with his cousin. He was going into the 7th grade. He was given his books and a chrome book to bring home to do homework. That was easy to do.

Third on my list was enrolling my baby girl in elementary school. She was going into the 3rd grade. She was happy to be able to have new friends.

This was a little scary for all of them to be going into a new school and to be a new students but they were able to adjust.

Next on my list was to find us doctors, a dentist and an eye doctor that we could go to. I transferred our records over. It took some time but it got done. I was able to make us all appointments for check-ups. That was pretty much what I had to do with my plan of action and to get settled in our family’s house.

EVERYDAY – CHALLENGED

Everyday was a challenge to be under our family’s roof. If you have lived with family you probable already know how it is. You really don’t feel comfortable. It felt like I was being watched everyday like was doing something wrong. It was very stressful for me and it was hard to please everyone. Everyone had different personalities and attitudes. It was hard for me to adjust. I was getting irritated and frustrated. I was praying everyday to have our own place again.

clean, cleaning, houseEveryday I tried to keep calm and told myself this is only a temporary move to our family’s house. I needed to do what I could to keep peace in our family. Which was difficult at times with all the kids. All of our kids had different personalities and attitudes that we had to deal with each one separately. Every night I would relax myself with a prayer by looking out our window and looking up at the stars. I was desperately waiting daily for my husband come to live with us. So we could be a family again and get our own place.

THE SCHOOLS – SAN BERNARDINO

The schools in San Bernardino are very clean and organized. They are very protective of all of their students. They seem to care more for the safety of their students. They were strict with their safety policies. Each student was provided with a chrome book to bring home so there were no excuses for not turning in homework.desk, classroom, school

MY DAILY ROUTINE – AT FAMILY’S HOUSE

My daily routine at my family’s house started out by getting up at 6:00 am. I then took my shower, woke up the kids, helped my younger one get ready, made breakfast, packed their snacks and took the kids to school. They all entered and got out of school at different times. So I was always coming and going throughout the day. After I dropped of the kids at school, I would read my Bible for about 30 minutes and then relax myself with a prayer. I did my part to help clean the house and cook for the family. My husband helped with the rent, bills and food. At this time in our life I was receiving assistance so it also helped with whatever we needed.

HARD TO FIND WORK – BEING RESPONSIBLE

I tried so hard to look for work but their were not too many jobs. It was also hard because of the school schedule everyone getting out at different times. My sister-in-law was taking care of an older lady and her mom. I didn’t want to give her more responsibilities of taking care of my kids. My husband said don’t worry about it to just take care of the kids.

My husband came to visit every couple of weeks. It was a long drive for him. He stayed the weekend and then went back to work. We didn’t like being away from each other. We called each other everyday. It was hard for both of us. Everyday felt like there was something missing. I felt alone and depressed. I know deep down inside I had to be responsible and keep going forward with the plan.

PRAYING – PLANS CHANGED

Everyday I started taking time out to relax with prayers. praying-bible-spiritual-healingI would pray about many things but my main concentration was on when we could be together as a family again. Many months passed and our plans changed. My husband’s business was picking up again. He decided that it wouldn’t be a good idea for him to close his business and move. He purchased a RV to live in instead of sleeping in a hotel. It saved him some money.

I was tired of living without my husband and living with family. I decided when the kids were out for summer vacation we were moving back. I packed up our stuff. We said our goodbye and thank you. Took the kids and we went back to live with my husband in the RV. I told my husband it is better to live all together in our own little and tight place in the RV. Then living in with family and being separate from each other. In the RV we lived in peace and were very comfortable.

I continue to relax with prayers everyday. After one year we found a house to rent.

I AM GRATEFUL FOR WHAT I HAVE – ANSWERED PRAYERS

You know that living with family can be very stressful even when they make you feel comfortable. It is not the same as living in your own place. Even though our life doesn’t go the way we want it to go. I have always believed that everything happens for a reason and there is a lesson to be learned. We all should appreciate what we have because you never know when you may not have it anymore. I am grateful for what I have and my answered prayers. We have a place to live together again. It was a hard time in our life to live apart from each other but we survived it. I am glad that I took the time to relax with prayers and thanks to GOD that he answered my prayers.

MY LIFE CHANGED – RELAXING WITH PRAYER

My life changed it was a step backwards for our family but it was a lesson to be learned. Even though our life changed we didn’t let it get us down for too long. We dealt with the situation and then we got back on track. Do whatever it takes to make your dreams and goals come true. Life is full of surprises. Take one day at a time.

STEP – HOW TO PRAY.

  • You need to find a quite time in the day to pray.
  • You need to find a quite place to pray.
  • You need to find what you want to pray about.

Begin your prayer buy addressing the Almighty GOD. You can speak out loud, in silent, while thinking it or you can sing your prayers. Some of your prayers can be recited from your memory, read from a book or it can be like a normal conversation speaking from your heart. You need to open your prayer by calling upon GOD and then asking for his help. It can be anywhere you want and at anytime of the day. He is always listening.

STEP – TO READ YOUR BIBLE

  • You need to find a quite time in the day to read your Bible.
  • You need to find a quite place to read.
  • You need to find what you wan to read about.
  • Try to read daily and for at least 10 to 15 min.

Begin your reading with a prayer and asking GOD to give you understanding of what you are reading. Ask him to guide you and inspire you as you read. You can pick and chose on what you want to read about or you can let GOD guide you through you emotions that you are having that day. You can use a study guides or join a study group. It is all up to you. Just remember the more you read the better you will know GOD.

My Word of Advice.

***I am only telling you this from my experiences in life that it is healthy for you to relax with prayers. I am not suggesting that you to do it. It depends on your beliefs. I am only giving you advice on what worked for me.

Often times I found myself in my room crying and thinking about what I am doing wrong. After spending many hours of thinking about the different ways I can improve my health I found some ways to help me get better at eating healthy, exercising and how to relax my mind and body. This usually came in the form of eating healthy foods, exercising regularly and using the many ways to relax.

Now I want to give back.

A Little Story About My Life.

womenGrowing up I was always bigger than the other kids. In fact when I was a teen I was about 160 lbs. In my family, where being big busted women and overweight was a problem. I always felt that I had to work harder and do whatever it took to gain that extra edge on the family history.

We are always competing and comparing ourselves to others like the models that we see in the magazines and on TV. Trying to impress our families, friends and neighbors enough to be put into the spotlight in our community.

So how is our performance and the knowledge we know of important?

I literally used to spend hours thinking about my health, practicing good eating habits, exercising methods, and how to relax my mind and body. I have learned from videos, CD’s, DVD’s, watching TV, listening to the radio, watching others and reading lots of books.

I would spend hours working on ways to improve my mind and body. Many years later and many health products purchased, books that I have read and many watched videos that were made to improve our health. There are obviously genetic limitations to your success, but when we follow individual that have already done it, acknowledge that anything can be overcome, that good workout ethic and hard work can truly lead to our success in a healthy lifestyle just as we all can in anything in life.

Health LifeStyles Has Changed.

In today busy world our health has taken a backseat to other daily priorities. The health world has gone from a state of unhealthy lifestyles for years to healthy lifestyles being the most critical element to a successful healthy life. We see people eating healthy, exercising, losing weight and becoming healthier individuals. We definitely do see individuals that can become stronger with their mind and bodies.

Different body types and body positions require different techniques but ultimately using your core and the fundamental of all successes these days is on the ability to achieve healthier choices, weight, stress levels and endurance.

The healthy lifestyle has changed and so does the way we need to implement good healthy habits to our healthy lifestyle.

The content that I’m going to be discussing here is going to be centered around improving our overall health, with an underlying focus always being on healthy eating, relaxing our mind and body, and on how we our properly using techniques to improve our health.

Healthy For You – Relaxing With Goal Setting

We all need to take time out of our so called busy life to set up some goals. Setting up goals is healthy for you and relaxing. A step by step process toward success is achieving goals. In our lifetime we should plan on setting some personal goals. We should make a list of goals that we want to achieve and write them down. Post our goals where we can see it every day. Goal setting is a powerful tool it can make us think about our future. It will motivate us to make our dreams come true. It is about letting ourselves reach for the stars. In other words aim high for the things we think our impossible. We should keep pushing our limits higher and higher to see what we can really do. Challenging ourselves on daily. Visualizing on our goal daily.

SETTING GOALS – MANY HEALTH BENEFITS

  • Relaxing for you when you have them written down
  • Feeling relaxed when you accomplish them.
  • Provides direction in your life to make the right decisions.
  • You are focused on what is important to you

GOAL SETTING – THE WRONG WAY

There is the wrong way to goal setting that we should be aware of it is not about making a plan and holding ourselves accountable to it. It is not about setting yourself up for failure with a goal you can not achieve. Setting your standards to high will give you a chance to give up and quit. Give yourselves enough time to complete a goal. We need to be in the right mind set to complete the goal. Make sure you do not set a goal that is unrealistic that is impossible to achieve. We need to keep in mind and make sure that we have all the right reasons for setting up a goal or this will lead us in the wrong way which could leave us frustrated and make us feel like a failure.

GOAL SETTING – THE ONE WAY

Goal setting the right way is going one way. Having a vision and a passion of what you want. It will save us a lot of time and keep us going in the right direction. Planning ahead of time can make our life run smoothly. It can cause us to have less stress and anxiety. Having a goal plan in place can give us a sense of relaxation. Knowing what we have to do to accomplish our goal and just doing it. Life goals are goals that we would like to work on and achieve in order for us to be satisfied with our future and who we would like to become. This will take us forward in life. We need to take our baby steps to our life journey of accomplishing our goals. Taking our step by step goal setting approach is very important in realizing the significance and importance by applying this technique in our daily life. This will lead us in the right way.

STARTING OUT – SETTING LIFE GOALS

In the beginning when we are starting out to set goals our goals should be simple and easy to accomplish. By doing this it will help us build character and give us the confidence we need to build up our goals to more complicated ones. Setting goals can be done at any age. Goal setting is unlimited and can be whatever you want it to be. You can set goals anytime, anywhere and for anything that you want to accomplish in life. Having goals in place when you are starting out will keep you motivated and focused on what we want in life.

GOALS CAN BE – WHATEVER YOU WANT

  • Getting or Improving Your Health.
  • Getting Stronger Physically or Mentally
  • Having A Better Relationship with GOD, your family, friends or spouse.
  • Starting A New Business
  • Improving Your Finances
  • The List and Go On and On (It can be whatever you want it to be).

GOAL SETTING – CHANGES AND COMMITMENT

Setting goals we all need to think about how we are going to make some changes in our life. These changes can be anything that is holding you back from achieving your goals and dreams. Making these changes in the beginning stages of your life can be overwhelming but with hard work and determination it will get better.

Now committing to your goals takes some time and dedication. It will make you responsible for your actions and bring you closer to your dreams. Some ways you can commit is:

  • Make a simple and easy goal to start.
  • Set up a short term and long term goal.
  • Set up the day you want to start on your goal.
  • Set up a daily routine to work on your goal.
  • Set a date when you want to accomplish it by.

  1. Focus on the little steps first to get you to the bigger ones.

  3. Get back on track when you slip up.
  4. Team up with a friend or a buddy.

My Experience and Struggles – For Goal Setting

In my past experiences and struggles for goal setting was I would always procrastinate. I would put off today and say I would do it tomorrow. I would makes excuses and use distractions to keep me from accomplishing my goals. I have learned over the years that if I keep putting off my goals it will keep me from my dreams. I also learned that if I take my baby steps toward my goals it is a lot easier to do. Taking one day at a time. One goal at a time. This has worked for me and has kept me motivated and focused.

Life Example – For Goal Setting

A life example for goal setting is when rain drops hits the ground it is making a little dent. When it continues to drop over time it will make a hole. So Life lesson is keep trying and over time you will get better at setting goals and accomplishing them. Don’t give up. Don’t quit. Just keep on pushing forward.

Words of Encouragement – For Goal Setting

  • Just remember to keep your goals simple and specific as possible. Having vague goals will only leave you to failure.
  • If you are discouraged don’t give up with out a fight.
  • Nothing worthwhile ever happens without hard work and determination.

LIFE GOALS – ARE WHAT WE MAKE THEM

Life goals are what we make them out to be. They are the things we like to work on and achieve in order to be satisfied with our future and who we want to become. These could be any goals that we want from better relationships, starting a business, traveling the world, improving our health and finance. Goals should be specific so we can be focused and motivated to achieve them. They should never be vague because it will be harder to focus on and we could easily get distracted. Make a plan to set goals. Be determined and dedicated. Work hard on achieving your goals daily. Doing it one step and a time. Just remember goal setting is relaxing and healthy for you.

Healthy For You – Relaxing With Meditation

chakra, meditation, yogaMy life changed through meditation and this is the story. I am creative with a sensitive and emotional spirit. A person who is a push over and no voice. A habit of always doing things for people without thinking about myself. Which is a good thing don’t get me wrong but sometimes people like to take advantage of us when they can. The moment we show weakness that is when they get you. We all need to know our boundaries.

I love reading books about how we can be healthier and how we can improve, books on nutrition, cook books which gives us good healthy eating and of course, my favorite is reading and studying the bible.

My Busy Day – Everyday

Everyday started out by waking everyone up early. Sometimes it took me to tell them more than once. The younger daughter I helped get ready. I picked out her clothes, helped her get dressed, I put her hair into a pony tail. They would grab some snacks and eat breakfast at school. It took time for everyone to get ready. The first stop is my youngest daughter’s school, the next stop is my son’s high school and the last stop is my two older daughter’s college. Then I was back on the road and going home to wake up my husband. We drank coffee andcoffee, togeter, drink, cup breakfast together. This is the time we could sit down and talk to each other. Then we gave each other kisses and blessed each other to have a safe day. Then he was off to work I was reading my bible. When I finished reading, I Looked around the house and said to myself you got to be kidding me, a mess in every room that I had to clean up. Stuff to be put away, clothes to be picked up and put away, piles of clothes to be washed, sink full of dishes, sweeping and moping, clean the stove, clean refrigerator, wipe down everything, clean bathroom, living room because the younger daughter made a mess with her art stuff, fix up the bedroom and then cook dinner. This was my busy day every day.

I usually had the house cleaned and dinner ready before I picked up the kids. First I picked up my youngest and her friends and brought them home. Second I picked up my son and his friend and brought his friend home. clean, cleaning, houseMy last pick up are my two college students. My van was full of kids. I dropped off the younger daughter and her brother at home with their grandma. My older daughters would like to go shopping and do errands with me. We got home from shopping we would put the groceries away. At this time everyone was stressed and arguing because we had to put the stuff away in a hurry because my husband was coming home soon. Sometime it was being a referee.

food, dinner, beef, broccoli After getting everyone to calm down we getting ready for their dad to come home. We always made the point to have dinner together. I cleaned up after dinner. I help my younger daughter with her homework, help her take a shower and off to bed she goes. I checked to see if my son needed help. He usually did it by himself. Sometime I helped my two college students with their homework. At this time I have other household duties like wash, dry and fold clothes, sweep and mop. I am exhausted from the days work. I spend some time with my honey and off to bed we go.

This was a typical day in my house.

***This did not include running around paying bills and the many times we had doctor appointments, dental appointments, in and out of hospital for “So Called Emergency” at least once a month with our big family.

My Thoughts – To Myself

thinking, thoughts My thoughts to myself every day were, there’s got to be more to life than this. I felt like a robot like the one on the Jetson cartoons (back in the 80’s old school). I was doing everyone else chores around me and I was getting irritated, worn out, exhausted and I had lost touch of myself. Everyone life accomplishments seemed better than mine. I felt depressed, sad, ignored, and taken for granted. I was doing for everyone else except for myself. My thoughts were this is what a mother and wife should be doing. I didn’t feel like I was accomplishing anything. I felt like I didn’t have a life. No purpose. Not living just doing what I had to do.

Often times I would have discussion with my husband and he told me that I needed to tell the kids to help out. They were old enough to do their own stuff. He would tell my voice didn’t have a value. I got mad when he said that but it was true. My kids would not listen. They were always on their phones, watching movies or playing games. The older one worked so I didn’t ask her to help but she helped me anyways. The others would help but I had to argue with them before it got done. They said that they would do it later and later came and it was not done. This made me made because I wanted things to be done when I asked. My life was not going the way I wanted it to.

I Was Invisible – No Voice

I was invisible. No voice at all. Being a stay at home mom to with four beautiful and wonderful kids I came to an understanding that I had become a community driver and a salve to cleaning house. No longer in control of my goals and dreams. I was Living in another person’s life not my own. I thought to myself I am no longer going to be invisible and my voice will be heard. I had to make some changes. I made a decision it was time for a family meeting. I explained to everyone that they need to help around the house more so I can have some time to do what I wanted.speak, see, hear, monkeys

A Wakening – No Vision

I woke up one morning vision was blurred. I couldn’t see normally. My family’s faces were blurry. I couldn’t see to read, clean, cooking and especially driving. I had to buy stronger reading glasses so I could see. Being scared and not know what to do or what was going on. Later that morning shaking and feeling really nervous. I thought maybe I should check blood sugar level. Checking numbers often. Diet and exercise controlled my numbers. Knowing this runs in the family. Guess what??? My fasting glucose sky rocked to 458. This really made me worry because I never had my numbers that high before. My highest are between 140 to 160.

I told my husband what was happening to me and he said I need to go to the doctor. So I made an appointment. My doctor told me that my A1C was off the chart at 13% and I needed to take medicine to bring numbers down. He also said I need to release my stress level. Thinking to myself I am not taking this medicine. Treats one Meditation, chakra, yogathing and cause another. I went and got the medicine anyways and started to take them. I didn’t like taking my medicine because it makes my stomach hurt. My numbers went down a little but not too much. I kept thinking I need to find another way to bring numbers down. So I started to research. I already knew that diet and exercise helps. I found out that we can use certain herbs and spices would bring blood sugars down and that meditation can help us to relax which will help bring our stress level down and lower numbers.

My Spiritual Healing – Mind Over Our Body

My spiritual healing through meditation is coming with practicing and learning daily. My husband loves studying metaphysics, meditation and spiritual healing. It’s been his passion and he is always telling me that we can heal ourselves by thinking positive and that we need to get rid of the negative energy. He say it is our mind over our body. I always thought this was true but has been hard acting upon it being so busy. So he said I am going to heal you. I said okay. He started to teach me how to meditate. We started listening to sounds and vibrations together. We did some breathing techniques that helped me to release my tension I was feeling and helped me to relax. In our journey of meditation we met this very nice couple and they are helping and teaching us how to align our chakra. They showed us how to use a singing bowl. We bought one and took it home to singing bowl, bowl, meditation, yoga, chakrapractice meditation with it. By listening to the sound it helped all of us to relax. I practice daily to get in touch with my inner self. My vision started coming back. There are still some things I am not able to see but it is a lot better.

My Life Changed – Important To Relax and Meditate

My life has changed and my health has improved through meditation. I am still in the learning process about meditation. I know how important it is to relax every day. We need to take time out of our busy day to just relax. Relaxing can be in any form. Meditation is only one of many ways to relax. So let take the time to relax and we will feel a lot better.

This therapy is not only preventive but also can be used in the acute and chronic stages of disease.

Scented candles are one of the easiest and most effective ways to cover odors in our house. Relaxing with candles create a relaxing environment to let go all of our tension after having a long day at work. The calming of candle light makes us feel warm and cozy inside. The candle flame that helps soothe our soul which reduces stress. Swaying of the flame helps us to calm down and achieve a meditative mind set. The flicker of flame of light that comes from the candle is caught by our sight and it is sent to our minds for processing. When we look at this light our body begins to relax and helps us feel emotionally and physically.

Just picture yourself coming home on a hard day of work and all you want to do is relax as soon as you can. My perfect time to relax with a candle is on a cool breeze summer night. Being outdoors in my backyard sitting on my patio chair with my feet up on the other chair. Drinking a tall glass of ice tea or lemonade. Having my favorite candle on the table while enjoying looking up at the billions of twinkling stars. Feeling the fresh air cooling my body down from the hot summer day.

When I go to a store I would make the point to stop and smell the of candles on display. When I am tempted to buy a candle it would be hard for me to just pick one. I could spend hours just smelling all the candles. I love getting lost with all the smells. My kids would get tired of waiting for me that they would direct to where we need to go instead of me seeing and smelling all the candles. Our life can tend to feel like driving a race car so busy at times that we get overwhelmed and when this happens race, car, race car, lifewe need to know how to relax ourselves. We all have a lot going on is our day to day routine, including myself. We have to manage stuff like taking kids and picking up kids from school, cleaning the house, cooking healthy meals for our family, helping kids with their homework, managing the bills, taking care of other family members, being a taxi driver for your older kids and so on. The pressures of life can come at you at anytime and relaxing is very important to our health. Relaxing is healthy for all of us and it is very important to our bodies. When done correctly this will manage stress and anxiety that we have in our life. When our bodies feel stressed our muscles become tight, our heart and respiration increases, and other body system goes on alert. We need to give our bodies rest days so we can allow our muscles, nerves, bones, and tissue enough time to rebuild. All it takes is a few minutes out of our busy life to sit down or lay down and relax. This will benefit your overall health is so many ways.

Importance of Relaxing – Reduce Stress and Anxiety

The importance of relaxing can reduce stress and anxiety level to the point where we are completely calm. Relaxing can relieve anxiety and will keep it under control. Unlike myself, I try to get everything done before I can relax but that never works out for me. I either don’t finish my tasks because I have a lot to do. If you are able to take a short nap during the day that will help energize your body and improve your sleep. I do this and it helps me a lot especially as a mom of a family of eight. There are many things going around in my house. Going in and out of the house for various reasons like shopping, picking up medicines, doctor appointments, taking and picking up kids from work, taking and picking kids up from school. There are countless daily activities that we do in our lives. So why is relaxing good for us because it energizes our body and makes us feel good.

We need to learn how to loosen up our bodies at every given moment. This means when we have a chance in our ever busy lifestyle we should take some time out of our schedule to relax. We need to dedicate every day to relax ourselves so we can continue with our life and be around for our family, friends and others. Life is too short and we need to take care of ourselves so we can take care of others. We only have this life. We need take care of ourselves by relaxing. By doing relaxing and breathing methods this will keep us healthy, strong and happy and intern give us a healthier life. Adding relaxing time in our daily life will be good for all of us. Our health is up to us and we can keep ourselves alive longer.
