WARNING!!!

***Warning essential oil should never be stored in plastic or containers, as the oil can burn through the plastic when they are undiluted. Over time oils can degrade plastic.

This also means that essential oils should not be applied to plastic surfaces in the house.

When stored in plastic, essential oil will break down the plastic which destroys the oil and often causes it to leak. However the quick solution to this issue is to use or reuse glass jars, spray bottles, and containers.

In my opinion and research aromatherapy is a natural gift of nature for us to enjoy the health benefits. Our whole body is rejuvenated by the use of aroma. Aromatherapy regulates the physiological, spiritual and psychological uplifting for the new phase of our life. This therapy is not only preventive but also can be used in the acute and chronic stages of disease.

  1. Very nice article. You seem to know quite a lot about aromatherapy. I’ve been looking into it, kinda’ hanging around the edges, trying to learn what I could by Osmosis. 😀 It doesn’t seem to be sinking in, all on its own, though.

My daughter does quite a bit with aromatherapy an’ I can definitely see the changes that have taken place. I love your website. It has a very peaceful feel to it; much like aromatherapy offers with the many advantages of using it, wouldn’t you say?
